A community, a dialog, a practice, a way of thinking and unthinking. We are Alterity; otherness, the existence of an alternative viewpoint. In the form of a non-profit, politically and religiously independent think tank, Alterity aim to expand the narrative on business, entrepreneurship and markets by offering up divergent thoughts and opinions on these concepts.
Alterity is an education for the curious, an encouragement for the willing, a disruption of conformity and a challenge for the status quo.

Malin is a social justice disruptor, business developer, columnist and public speaker. In her work at a top world ranked VC and tech incubator as well and in her position as chairperson for Women In Tech Gothenburg, she has dedicated herself to making the entrepreneurial scene more diverse and inclusive.
With degrees in both gender- and global development studies, and a background in developing both NGO’s and tech startups, she has a fresh and interdisciplinary perspective on the social importance of business. This, combined with an endless quest to review and analyse
all new scientific findings in the intersection of entrepreneurship, society, tech and gender, has made her an apt educator and inspirateur for organisations or institutions wishing to broaden their perspectives on business and value-based leadership.
She has previously worked as main researcher at the Red Cross project “Welcome2Sweden”, which was named “integration project of the year” in 2017 and had its findings used as basis for policy changes in the municipality of Gothenburg. For the summer of 2019 she turned down an opportunity to set up an Angel investor network in New York, for the benefit of setting up an entrepreneurial program in Tanzania with Engineers Without Boarders.
Outside of work she has travelled the world in pursuit
of the prettiest mountain view, sailed between two continents and started a feminist football team that
was great at everything except football.
Natali is a public speaker and educator in the field of sustainable work life. After going through herself a burnout as a young woman, she changed course in life from marketing to focus on educating people in work-related mental illness and what we (as individuals, organizations and society in whole) can gain from preventing it, and how this can be done.
Combining her own experiences with statistics and the latest new findings from the economic, psycho-sociologic and neuroscientific field, she educates enterprises and individuals in the field of sustainable work life and psychosocial work environment. Natali is holding three degrees in European Studies, Business Administration and Employment Relations (ER), and is currently conducting a study in the field of ER with the aim to examine and explain what factors in a workplace leadership that contribute to employees getting sick in stress; diagnosed as burned out.
Last but not least, she's the founder of Sweden's largest Facebook driven community dedicated to stress-related mental illness for women and non-binaries, Stressgäris, and a loud advocate for equal opportunities in the workplace.
She's formerly worked as a marketing manager in the edTech startup sector, planned and actualize the world's first interdisciplinary hackathon against sexual harassment, #NowWhat, as Head of Concept, and played basketball for nearly 16 years with experience in coaching youth teams.
